Chickpeas are one of the earliest cultivated legumes: 7,500-year-old remains have been found in the Middle East. Other common names for the species include garbanzo bean, channa and Bengal gram.

Recipe Ingredients :

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 cups chickpeas
  • 2 cups of sliced spinach
  • salt and black pepper
  • Red pepper and cheese

 

Method :

  • Mix  all above ingredients in a salad bowl
  • Stir them properly and serve
